You can't be with ALL of them 24/7 only a few if that.

I never answer PMs unless it's related to a bug in the game or I know you. And even under those circumstances I still may not respond because I'm either busy, or just don't want to talk.

Others do try to answer your messages as quickly as they are able, provided it isn't spam. Please keep in mind some staff have more on their plate than others, so it may be better to pm a staff that seems less busy, rather than complain that so&so never answers you.

Okay why don't you try to respond to hundreds of PMs within minutes of them being sent.

Then again you're not exactly player relations. It's not your job to answer pms. Aren't you a dev? I'm not saying all staff needs to answer pms, just the ones who signed up to do so :)

They do, I have watched them sit there going through PMs, warping to people, helping players with all sorts of things. Some staff may have more free time on their hands to do their PR work, but certainly they all do it when online and on staff tag.

See that's where you misunderstand me. I never said they should answer to spam or pointless pms "grab my statue, I want doll, ect". I said that when on staff account they should focus on their job rather than hanging with friends and hosting stupid and pointless parties for their friends 1k hours. Understand what I'm saying before you go off and rage on something completely different please

Staff aren't required to always focus on their job when on their staff account. They are only required to do so when on their PR tag.

No, if they're not working they shouldn't be on their STAFF account. If they wanna have fun by being lazy, they have an iDevice (or can go on a server where they aren't staff) for that. Their staff account is used to help players, and they should NEVER use the priveleges of a staff account for their own sake. I've said this many times before, and apparently it needs to be said again. These people were HIRED to do a JOB which is to HELP PLAYERS. If they feel that this job is too much for them to handle, or they don't like having no free time, or being PMed by people who need help a lot, then QUIT. Because those things are what they were hired to help with. It's simple.

Go on pc era and hang then? It's not like iEra is the only server available. And you get free gold as a staff member. May as well use it
