alexdamian, i understand you're upset but don't disrespect every delteria staff if anything you should be apologizing them for delaying delteria with your inactivity on zone.

I promoted FRIEDRICE when I began being inactive because he wasn't going to college and had a lot of free time... He was Co-Manager so he could so things when I wasn't online. Stop putting all the blame on me.

I may have been inactive but the 3 years I worked there, I worked my ass off on that server. So I don't want to hear your BS about the inactiveness I showed at the end of my career there. I have put so much work into that server, resulting in the fast promotions. Not to mention the players liked me.

Once again I can show you RC logs about how much Tashkin and PerfectDark loved working with me because I wanted to do everything myself lol.

Like in all honesty if I showed you what was done when FRIED and I managed with our Revamp Team you would change your minds. No I didn't do 'nothing', I helped plan with FRIED what we wanted. And the revamp team we had in place made it all happen, yes it took time and dedication but they got a lot done. Still so bummed that they aren't doing any of it.

I would honestly say that I did earn that management position. And what we were doing behind the scenes was amazing, people look at me wrong saying I was 'inactive' but I was still getting work done that would change Zone forever.

Every server has it's issues.

The release zone was simple and had a curious sense of sirection when stefan and emera were running it. Zone really picked up speed when Tashkin was running it, and many players were welcomed to try out developing for the server. Alot of things werent used, because they shouldnt have been. Other things were, and were used. The later part of Tashkins reign was decent until the staff team because super inactive for various reasons. When Alex managed the server a couple things were added but the server was mostly tended to and watered like a garden. The essentials were taken care of, nothing radical was created or destroyed. Zone maintained a state of in development. Idk what happened later on as I didnt play. The current zone has too much cloning of era and too many items/graphics without coherency. Most likely due to the vip items. I have no idea what they are doing but im sure iZone does not need a new tileset. Its a style alot of people refuse to adapt to. Go elsewhere, like delteria, where the npc humans look nothing like players, font unreadable, profiles are glitchy. Weird characters that look like they are in the wrong game. Fae is a good artist and from our little chats he wouldnt disagree that delt lacks a bit of coherency because people dislike the goofy-simple art style of delteria and ignorantly call it "pillow shaded". Delt has a unique goofy style i dont know why they are trying to shift into something else. Let Fae run the server. Chelt is just going around servers and bossing everyone around and planning on fixing everything himself. How about chelt fixes his own server first. Wait, what server? Good question.

I thought you were the one who came to "help" the ZP dept. but I admit I'm wrong then. It proves my case even more that you're completely clueless but still talk as if you're a genius, which you've been proven not to be many times in this thread.

You disrespect every zone staff without any basis, and you just make up garbage accusations that get proven wrong one after another. Hypocrisy much?

When that one post is ignorant and immature, and comes from the manager of a server, it has the right to be judged. I was optimistic for you when you first came, but you've proven that you're a complete mess. Both in personality and how you interact with players, and with your management. You fuel ignorant accusations about past zone staff and make baseless accusations yourself. You judge past Zone staff baded on one story you've heard, however wrong it may be. You really need to not act so high and mighty and learn to grow the **** up if you want to properly manage Zone. Even if development is made and incorporated (which so far it hasn't), you still need a good internal staff team, and under your management, that's not happening at all. I've heard from multiple people that you are not a good leader in many ways when it comes to internal management. I want to like you, but you make it so difficult. It's a hard pill to swallow, but please, grow up and realize that as the manager, or even a staff, you need to be professional and respect ex-staff that resigned and weren't fired or blacklisted, instead of making and fueling ignorant accusations that aren't true against any ex-staff who disagree with you. I'm not meaning this as an attack on you, rather, trying to open your eyes incase you actually want to help zone.
