Not yet... Came out in Japan for a short time, but was removed because it was postponed in America. There's a lot of PB Legendaries on the GTS. Some people are wonder trading PB starters. Try wonder trading a few trades... you'll get one eventually.

What does it look like as a shiny? I could breed one for all of you.

I got a Mewtwo for quagsire once.
Put quagsire up late October as a joke and opened the game 2 weeks later in November and I had forgotten about my offer.

So basically when pokebank came out people spam downloaded it so now it's postponed sadly. But on a more serious note I have some cool new sets to share.

This is a sweet suprise you can deal to your opponents by nasty plotting in their face w/ them not expecting a special attacker. you could also throw in dragon pulse if ya want.

But also I run physical lucario myself and receive baton speeds/sword dances from my scolipede and sweep. pretty sweet actually.
