._. I don't dislike dubs.

It's just that some people who do dubs really know how to make a serious show sound really childish.

I'm all for dubs when they're actually good. I know I've mentioned how amazing Black Lagoon is, way better than its sub counterpart.

Same thing for Baccano.

I never watched the sub version but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to since the dub was so good.

We've been over this sub, dub business several billion times.

I know I'm late to the party, but I started Ouran High School Host Club yesterday and I found it very enjoyable. I made it to like EP 2 or 3. I watched some more episodes of Soul Eater Not! and it really wasn't what I was expecting. Is this even the same writer or what? Hardly any action, overkill focus on breasts, characters are made to look weak, and so forth. I really should have paid more attention to the "Not!" in the title.

Same writer (i think) and is set before the events of the original. Plus it was tagged as a slice of life

I believe Not is meant to add more substance to the world.

I told someone who's never watched anime (since he thought it was all cringy Pokemon-style cringiness or "notice me senpai" crap) to watch Code Geass. Thought it was really cringy too, turns out he watched the English dub. Watched it too and I completely understood. He watched the subs and thought it was much better, but complained that he couldn't "understand Chinese voices".

Lol'd at this.

The past two days I was at a small anime convention at my city. I had tons of fun with my friends. I didn't cosplay, because I'm too poor and lazy for that, but I did wore my T-shirt of Saber to the convention. There was a Jpop singer and I watched some AMVs and seen tons of cosplayers. I spent a lot on merchandises:

On another topic,

Just watched the first episode of Claymore.

Seems to be filling the hole Hellsing Ultimate left. (Hasn't been filled for a while)

Based on the first episode, the series is kinda like a reverse version of Hellsing.

The main character is a badass female demon slayer and her apprentice or something is a nervous little ****.

f f f f ffffff wtfff i dont remember Hellsing Ultimate not ending. Someone remind me (in a spoiler) how Hellsing Ultimate left off and why it hasnt technically ended yet.

Claymore is pretty cool, but the sidekick is annoying.
