That's one solution, another solution could be something like a fence post or building. However, in this particular case, it could just be removed altogether. It ends in the same manner on the other side, and the only thing that's likely keeping it there is that it potentially blocks players from passing through.

Seems to be a tile placed over the waterfall such that it doesn't look quite right.

There is a tiny bit of grass sticking out from the side of these rocks in the baddy cave under Oasis on all three rocks in there.

That entire level is a tile error. How could someone **** up so badly?
