When I look for an admin I always try to think non-American first but there's not as many or I haven't met too many of the qualified ones. Some don't speak English. There are a lot of qualified Americans too though. I also like to pick people who are at least 18. Not all the time, sometimes I find some extremely mature GPs under 18. I just find it extremely weird when someone who hasn't even ventured into the real world could be banning an adult for something on a game. That's just for GPs though.

I'm American and over 18 but I stay up way too late at night. I will be overseas in October visiting various Asian countries if you wish to give me this opportunity.

Now gps sure but what they need to hire more of is uplaoders and graphic admins if u look at the board there's 3 graphic staffmemers and only like 4 uplaoders.. I'm sure u all want your heads faster and bodies more hats and all that other good stuff

And well Julius (aka Gaius Julius from VG) is a german and got hired about 1 week ago. So there might be chances. Also n0no or how he was spelled is from france and got hired back in the old days.

Look at BurgerBatman. Dutch. He's a good LAT staff member, and did some good work at the caves ;). plus, his grammar is good, and he can speak english.

I can't help but think everyone saying "omg put yourself in their shoes how much spam do they get omgomdomaomgomg" and agreeing with the admins is really just sucking up because they're wannabe admins.

Admins usually are pretty good with reports for me, they usually appear pretty quickly. They seem to come quicker the less serious the report is, like when some idiot reports someone as a joke :unsure:

It's the Internet. Heck, some of the staff like Sarge are more perverted than the average player. Peoples social lives or whatever they do is there business. The block button is there for a reason.
