The website wasn't shut down due to "copyright or abuse". Dot tk (.tk) was the FREE domain that we were using. They have this common "parking scam" that when your site gets popular and receives allot of traffic they can shut your site down and benefit From the traffic. They have every right to because we don't actually own the domain as it was FREE.
Try googling "dot tk scam" there will be a few aticles about it , unfortunately we are one of them. Don't trust dot tk.

Has it ever came to your attention that you are stealing copyrighted graphics from a game that people have worked countless hours on?

People try very hard to create good graphics for the game, then they find countless websites with their graphic on it.

Imagine if you took months designing a blueprint for a house, then poof, someone had made copies of it and already made hundreds of houses from it. The house you have would lose it's uniqueness because of a thief.

Yes, it's bad enough the copyright infringement occurring here, but it's even worse that you're just giving out graphics to who knows who, and the original creator could've taken days-weeks for that one graphic, yet it only takes a few minutes to find that head on your website. Not to mention that you're copying and pasting guides from this website. It may not be illegal but it isn't right.

BBoy. You are right to an extent. Sure it's cruel and dbagish to steal graphics that players spent 20 minutes(Not hours sorry) working on. The only people who really spend hours working on graphics are the GFX admins, and the people who make graphics for the game, not personal. Granted, it's not illegal to steal GFX. And copyright is only effective if the person infrindging is profiting off it. Soulslayer hasn't made a dime of those GFX. I have had my heads stolen, but atleast it wasn't any of my hats.
That's how I see it. And I still don't like soulslayer, at all.

I just think that Soulslayer and his associates are pretty self-centered. I wouldn't mind as much if it were just heads and bodies they were uploading, I've come across a lot of websites doing this already, so I've come to accept that this can't be resolved.
It's the fact that they're stealing information and quest guides without receiving consent from the original author and without even crediting the author (they do this after they've been found out), even though they set up the website to do this sort of thing themselves, which also makes them somewhat lazy.

So, if I copy MW3 and give it to a friend, it's not copyright infringement because I made no profit? Sweet, might as well do that now.

Also, take the heads the staff team wear, and the heads the really good GFX players wear, that's not 20 minute work, that's DAYS of work.
