Yeah I'm going to be honest, I'm pretty much only interested in it because of the ecchi. Is the plot even remotely relevant/interesting though?

The plot is somewhat interesting and pretty decent, but most people pay attention to the ecchi over the plot, still it's nice to know the plot to have everything explained.

I just watched this Studio Ghibli film, directed by Hayao Miyazaki's son, and scripted by Hayao himself last night called From Up on Poppy Hill, it gave me the feels so check it out if you're interested.
