Presents: Perhaps you can buy a present from the shop and go around gifting people. On Christmas day you can open the presents you have been gifted or any excess presents you have not given away by that time. Presents would vary from Hats, Furniture, Show off Melee's (meaning not doing very much damage, just for show), Ganis, Cars, Emotes and Gralats. Sorta like Classic

Fix the hands, Yogy. I think he should have black gloves, not red gloves as shown in your graphic. Black gloving, with the white circle wrist like the original Santas.

And the shoe parts need to be more boot shaped.
