You're trying to push your argument (which was disproven and won't ever happen) by claiming your opinion is more valid because you're more "experienced".

If you think sparring 13,000 times and still not getting good is "experience" IDK what to tell you, and sparring is relatively simple it doesn't require thousands and thousands of spars to know what to do

Which factor dissproves extra controls? Mustve missed that one. Also obviously youre wrong, running is simple, can you beat the fastest guy in the world? COD is simple, can you beat the top 100? Its not zelda its other real competitive people. It absolutely does require thousands of spars to be competitively good, as it is with.. Everything else.

wait, how are running and sparring equatable in any manner?... one is 50% based on your genetics and upbringing. They aren't comparable.

Cod is also not that simple, either. The amount of variables at play are exponential in comparison to a singles spar. There are few variables at play besides lag/delay, reaction, prediction, movement, timing, and pressing the sword button. Compare that to cod, where the list of variables at play would fill up a page at the very least.

it's a 5 button game with like 3 built-in game mechanics that you can learn more about to get better, being blink, hitbox differences, and diagonal speed being faster than one direction. yes, pcs have advantages (ability to strafe, processing speed), but in a simple 5 button "hit the other player 6 times" game this isn't completely imbalancing anything. keep playing and you will be able to overcome this. when i became the (at least idev) GOAT i was sparring thousands of wins per month, if you play this much i believe you will adapt and understand how everyone in this small community plays and nobody will be a struggle for you. on the other hand, if you are barely playing and expecting free passes against players who are way more active than you, that's just not how it works. if you want to win, you play more and get used to everyone. it's a 5 button game, you can't be fundamentally better than everyone who is using the same 5 buttons, it's all about adjustments to how others use their 5 buttons. it's a simple, casual game, don't go mental over it or you'll end up with 5,000 forum posts deep into your 20s.

Ashur, you do realise you're arguing against people in this thread with around 10k-28k wins each (I myself with the 20k, Alex 28000 - unsure about others haven't really seen you go off at anyone I know)

You have lied about being from client graal, lied about how many wins you've pulled (not even top 50 in idevice and the 50th position has 145 wins and you've said to have 900+)

You refuse to listen to basic sparring logic and act all stubborn and upset when someone attempts to be reasonable and then you will immediately say they're wrong or basically call them the equivalent to a noob when I've already mentioned there are multiple people here you're arguing against with high amounts of sparring experience that's what's making you look like a ****** rn.

Summary: ashur isn't from client graal, he's a trashy sparrer upset because someone like Brett probably beat him 50 times over, refuses to listen or take on feedback, is basically a moron

I usually don't comment here, but the last message written by Comyt applies to anything, any server. That's 200% pure truth right there. It's only hardcore non-stop trying that will get you the hang of how the small community we have works. In fact it's a mere easy repeated process. I'd say all you might need, which some don't have is *time*. Other then that, it's your own choice to grind or not.

On a second note, I barely log on iC nowadays, but, I've been on the iS's since release and I'm pretty sure you're a really really old player @Comyt, correct me if wrong? I reckon seing you in the og years, or, at least someone woth the sae nick. You're one of the rare people that don't lose their consistency, spar wise. Props for that, it's rare to see people on that exact level, on iC

You should calm down and read your own argument, because it do not make any sense, we are talking about advantages , while you have no clue what you are saying "experience"

I think it's time for you to leave the thread

You are the last person I'd expect to understand basic English so I don't blame you for not understanding

Paddie 06-16-2017 10:28 PM

Stop offending Jimbo. Don't bully anyone. What kind of people are we?

Conclusion: Pc players have an advantage but deal with it. You can always win if you train for it?

Nice, thanks for the encouragement

pc players have an advantage in a 5 button game where you can easily adjust to predict their strafing yes

It's fun to read it especially when some apes with only a few developed brain cells have the urge to comment everything.

On a side note, what's your community name Ashur? I mean, if you play since 200X..

I didnt even intend on replying or caring further but you had to call me a liar and for what? How did i lie about either of those things? So what if im #150 for the month or #68 this week, im still missing layers of skin from sparring on my iphone alone..

I even agree with some things that have been said here and there. Instead of whining or raging, i did research and have spent even more time in the arena as i couldnt argue with much of what comyt had to say and have been greatly motivated to get better against pcs.

For some of us minus the easily but fair enough. Until someone trains as hard as you or sarah only on pc!! *cynical organ melody*

Noone i knew used it, i was a little kid just playing a game most of the time. At that i still have an older graalians account then 98% of people in this thread and i still never cared much to use forums.

& further, asking anything besides what color my katars were on maloria and how i miss graal dj's, is ridiculous LOL. Remembering my client login is literally more difficult than trying to remember my first myspace login.. I know i was in the guild (Malevolence).

Can we all just acknowledge that 'alexx' is 14 and should be ignored so he stops making forum posts during class?
