Thallen, Dante, Mk(probably) came from PC graal too and I am pretty sure Alumni mixed are using Flash client (Skyrider) for sparring. but doesn't convince me that US can beat Alumni in the GST. US probably has more history than any other guilds out there and players are more experienced, but sparring is a simple hand eye coordination, we all reach a limit it after awhile of sparring. Quote:
I like Aguzo as a gamer. He's the first person to show me how to spar with ps controllers. He's one of sparrer that is legitimately good in this game. Knows how to push-and-pull in spar. Great improvement from idev to PC. Uses variety spar skills and good at tricks. Very proud. Makes decent Youtube videos with interesting/funny silly topics. I hope you go well with your new guild WAR. |

meanwhile in US, the members were much stronger. i mean, ares/rashard? prado/mr magnetic? david, unleash, etc... this shouldn't be a question. |

Yes, their experience of skills won't just go away in a sparkle of snap. 11 GST wins total like holy crap. But I don't think they can handle this 'delay & lag' that plays a significant roles in the GST. There are many international GSTs all around Graal, more internationals = more acceptable lag and delays that we can't resolve. I still respect all those oldbies, our role model classic players. But their age has gone. |

It's "their time has passed" If the GST was every month like in the beginning other guilds would have more GST wins and more consecutive wins(probably Mother and Alumni) |

https://www.youtube.com/user/RickClo...ew=0&flow=grid If you don't mind checking this link out. I found this dude awhile ago when I was looking for NJ & UN on Youtube. As you can see these clips are 3 years+ old. Thallen and his Enguard members were at their peak when US members were owning GSTs in iClassic. Yeah Aguzo and Eko can get rekt by US members. But US members can get rekt by international GSTs, cause they aren't used to fight against delayers. |

Comyt and I are just making some hypothesis here. He thinks that you and eko sucks and won't be as good as US first tier members. I'm proving a point that US members won't be able to digest all international delay, lag, whatever it is. They won't be able to digest it all in one day. But you and Eko can, cause you guys been around here so long, faced various type of sparrers. Like you remember Jigsaw? She was using double device method to spar. If she were about to vs a US member. She will win, cause she delay like *** and all. But you are the only one from Graalians that beat her, that's because you are good at handling variety types of sparrers. |
Beating laggers and such is extremely easy Zet, these people are really good at sparring they obviously have the capability to adapt new techniques on the go that is what made them so good in the past.

Another strange Alumni vs. US conversation filled with misinformation, gossip, lies, theoreticals, etc.
I'd actually love to face off against whoever US's best Mixed GST team was, even if it included Enguard or Alumni members. All of them are my friends, and unlike the majority of this forum they don't get all wound up and dramatic over sparring, so it'd be enjoyable. It'll never happen, but the speculation and many of these posts are very entertaining and funny. The likelier scenario of people like me, Ares, Crono, David, Unleash, Prado, Dante, Brett, etc. all being online at once and actually caring about sparring would be that we all go in a GH and spar for fun. I'm pretty sure just about everyone on that list prefers the singles or TT format over the GST. Sorry that it'll never end up being this weird and malicious "beef" that some of you desperately want it to be... I play League semi-actively with Ares, Prado, Highlander, Rygor, Deophite, and a few others, and they're way that game now. Pretty sure they couldn't care any less about this one. R.I.P. to your dreams. |
