Just curious if the green is enough of an eye catcher to be noticed as 'half heart'... I thought it would look cool to have it look like you have bottles of different potions to 'use' on your screen :) Maybe half green? Thoughts?

I think the half green would be better, more eye-catching. Looks pretty cool though, great work!

Personally I would see green as a full heart and red as a half heart, maybe because of associating green with "go" and red with "stop" and such things. Just something to consider.

If you wanted to keep the potion red then maybe the half heart version could be the bottle like half broken with the liquid spilling out?

I'm not a fan of the color changing thing personally. To me it makes no sense for it to turn green.

I think it's cool with the lower filled jar of same color red or with Strum's suggestion, a cracked/leaking jar.

I would really advise against using recolors for the half heart. I mean it can work but I think it looks bad imo and can be hard to distinguish.
