Yeah that would be cool, i definitely think they should have candy as use for "tokens" like the easter eggs.

Ghost mode
A Quest Sort of thing, like the Rat
A Halloween Horse, like a orange one or like that skeleton horse
Pumpkin gani, pull out pumpkin and sit down next to it
Lots of other things, but they are mostly events (O.o) and new areas

how about an underworld dungeon? You would be able to enter it trough a to gate hell or something, with a few event npcs and maybe a shop in it.
