It'd be in the GTS, and people could upload gym leaders and trainers to challenge. The only downside is that everyone would make the trainers/gym leaders overpowered.

Nah, would be too variable. Should be something like the in-game system, where each gym has a set level.

Why didn't you buy it with windows 7 then?
If it doesn't have a touchscreen there really is no point in getting Win8, its just a hassle.
