History's strongest disciple is a great manga but the anime isnt too bad! i urge you all to at least try the manga if you don't like the anime because of the great story and amazing character development.

I saw History's Strongest Disciple still waiting for them to continue it but I doubt they will at this point.

I'm still keeping up with that series. If you can just ignore those scenes, it has a pretty decent plot. You really have to ignore those scenes though and watch while no one is around. Apparently My Little Sister is Unusual is getting a live action drama... so yeah...

Pretty much. Characters are also not as likable as Oreimo.
while it's not true incest, it's light incest i guess you could call it lol step brother and sister. it also has some ghost on human yuri ecchi action if you're into that sort of thing too.


the manga is still going on but the anime hasn't had any releases in years (Started in 06, Finished in 07) besides from an OVA every couple of years and that's only leading into an arc that we don't even know is happening or not.

THAT OREIMO ENDING....

guilty crown is really similar to code geass with the addition of genetic engineering as opposed to inherited power, but at points in the series both geass and the genes are referred to as "the king's power"

i feel code geass had better character and plot development so far, but guilty crown's characters are a lot more badass whereas code geass' characters are a lot more practical and believable

But sometimes Lelouch's personality becomes so erratic that I often have trouble figuring out who's side he's on.

Also had a look at the Code Geass extra Akito the Exiled.

Ya, Geass' plot and themes are exactly like Death Note; Guilty Crown's plot is a huge derailed roller coaster. At first the plot takes on one overused theme, then twists into another overused theme, and then twists again into another overused theme. But the combination is what makes it a great series.

Finished Mirai Nikki earlier this week. Yasai Yuno is the craziest mthrfkr b*tch of all anime. 20x crazier than that Mana b*tch in Guilty Crown.

I really like Guilty Crown, and I really LOVE their OST, Supercell is amazing.

IMO: Super funny and the likeness for Dandy and how he just goes around doing whatever he wants.

That concept rolls of the tongue and mind oddly.
But when I watched it..it made me think about these characters and what they are going through.
And the music is pretty good.

Just finished Midori days... such a bad ending. They didn't even kiss. The guy finally acknowledges the girl, though. But she doesn't remember anything.. so kinda suks for the guy. I heard the relationship is different on the manga though... I wish I lived in Japan :\

Is Sakurasou a quality anime?

Thinking of watching Oreimo this weekend, is it worth watching?

I liked it, but it's better to watch this series slower and decide on a character you want to ship with the MC, just so that the ending would just have a way better impact.

Sakurasou have great animation and art. The characters are quite lovable, especially the main heroine Mashiro. For the plot wise, got a good blend of comedy with some romance and drama. I would really recommend this series.
