I'm just getting hooked on Is This a Zombie. x.x

Does Sakurasou-no-Pet-na-Kanojo get better after the first 2 episodes? Because thus far all I'm getting is a ton of cliche anime humour. I will admit it's pretty damn funny, but does it get dramatic at some point?

It makes no ****ing sense though LOL. How can someone be so talented, yet so clueless of what to do in the most basic of situations?

Sakurasou does get better after the first few episodes, with small drama throughout the first half. The second half however is where it becomes more dramatic focused.

The thing with Shiina is that she spent her entire life focused in art and had every single other task done for her. She had no experiecr in anything other than art.

Tokyo Ghoul be runnin' out of budget 7 episodes in

I rewatched The Familiar of Zero.

Spoiler

Oh my gosh, as soon as I heard the opening #nostalgia. I love this series, it's got an engaging storyline, a fantasy setting (I love fantasy/supernatural) and the characters were engaging. The relationship progressions wasn't too fast nor quick, and gave you enough time to fully understand and relate to the characters while not dragging it on, and on, and on. The music set the scene and art was beautiful. I especially liked Louise. She was ambitious and no matter how much she was made fun of, she kept her pride and confidence levels high. I did hate Siesta, Henrietta, Tabitha, Agnes, and the fan service though.

My opinion on Henrietta:

I Went To Hate Henrietta When She Admitted To Louise That She's Gonna Steal Saito From Her During The Onsen Scene. Why In The World Of **** She'll Do That Even Though She Already Knew It FROM THE BEGINNING That They're Lovers. Also, She Cheated Louise Many Times Since From Season 2. I Don't Care If Louise Is A Bitch, What Does It Matter Is That Saito Loves Louise Whatever Her Personality She Has Since Season 1.

Note: I haven't watched the third season again yet, it wasn't as good as the first two that I remember.

Yeah. Sakurasou is one of two shows I've objectively rated a 10, the other being Code Geass. Give it time. Can't expect every show to burst out of the gate with rushed plotlines and hook intros.

Skill 08-20-2014 09:13 AM

Yea I think I'll give it time.

So it's worth checking out, gotta put it on my watch list now haha.

Yeah, I don't understand what's happening in Glasslip anymore, all this fragment of reality that doesn't seem like the future really or will it actually become the future, I don't understand. My head hurts from watching episode 8.

CluTch 08-21-2014 08:11 PM

kk.

People are treating it like a comedy now because of how bad it is. I guess PA works are a 1 hit wonder

Watching Ano Hana, I swear even the opening makes me feel for the characters! I'm only a couple episodes in though, so far it's good.

The problem with Glasslip is that there's just too many characters to balance around. Another one of their series had this exact same problem (Hint: It starts with Angel and ends with Beats)

I wouldn't say P.A Works is a 1 hit wonder though.

All of the characters are awful, the dialogue is just wierd and awful and the story just does not make any sense. I say P.A Works are a 1hit wonder as Nagi no Asukara was brilliant but they have never made another show thats even okay
