It's not always a racist term, but the way you are using it is out of hate, so that makes it racist.

Someone could say, "Eppa gringo/whitey, I need your help with something." (Shouldn't be said, either way) Not really out of hate, but when you are saying, "Unintelligent, cringey, gringo pig." that's clearly out of hate, making it racist.

Boost and scam alerts wouldn't have any sway with the hiring process unless they were legit, which they aren't, and if you're unbanned then a comment is added saying why the ban was overturned. If you aren't getting hired either your app wasn't good, you have legit chat/status resets or bans on your account, or they know who you are and don't think you would be a good GP. I'm going to guess which 2 of those options are true...
