How about about they use the system : you're not allowed to vote
So snk gives certain people who he trusts the ability of it?

EDIT: any staff can give the voting powers this way it may increase the population of votes, and they must follow the rule to not give to immature people and such

I think there should be a way to report the behavior of the leader of a gang, u know like Player World and PWA....

U know some admins in era is hard working, help new players, doing awesome job but some never online, and abusing powers....

You don't know anything about staff, and that's a terrible idea... Although possibly entertaining. I can imagine players trying to blackmail staff into giving them stuff

voting on staff would be a terrible idea. if players voted to get rid of staff they thought were inactive or something, half the dev team would be fired :P

How about abusing stuffs? I think we can vote for abusing stuffs.

if someone get a lot of vote means they might abusing their powers a lot.

U know if they don't abusing they won't get a lot of votes.

How about worst forum user of the month gets banned or worst gang of the month gets disbanded, it would most certainly be you for the first one and your gang for second, how bad would you feel that some players got to decide your destiny whether you stay or go.
