It wasn't being used for its purpose. Having hoards of farming players was chaotic, especially for new players

Only reason you don't like it is because it gets you kills slightly slower...

I'm not sure if it's intended, but it's using the index instead of the actual slot number

"loadslot 1" loads slot number 2

Did it fix itself on relog? I checked your account and you didn't seem to be in the middle of the quest, so there was no horse position.

In this pic I was at the 0,0 ocean level that you get warped to when server forgets your actual location between levels - the one with the "Touch me to return to land" pearl. This was just a bit of fun to say I noticed the horse shows up at 0,0 when you're not in the quest.... sort of like the flames from the 'firepit' furniture item when it's placed in your house...

  • Walking, swimming and galloping is now client-side, and you only hear your own footsteps.
Personally I found sounds were overbearing, too many players and so many footsteps. The game seems a lot calmer now, personally.

If you could do the same for swords that would be nice, being in mod you basically have to turn the sound off regardless because of all the sword swings. But I'm sure some people like sword swings, and I like hearing them in videos, so maybe not. Just an idea for you to weigh

Could be a way to turn off swords make it an option.

I mean I know most people that tower that depend on the sword sound to know when someone is attacking.

I did it when I towered.

Good fix. Havent played with sounds for years, but i remember if you were in a crowded place, sounds would glitch out quickly and you would hear random sounds that match up with nothing on your screen.

on the contrary, back when I used sounds for graal, hearing other people's sword sounds is helpful if someone is killing you while youre looking at menus.

Good point, I always forget that iPhone and iPod menu's fill the screen. It's also useful when people use no-sword and the like.
However I still feel it would be a nice option, there's just too much noise on tower roofs and at swamp.

it isn't a huge issue either way though

I can still hear my own swimming, during idle. Is it possible to remove that as well?

The rental mount seems to go berserk when you're riding a mount with 5 bushes eaten. I found it running back and forth super fast... pretty comical, but maybe not intentional.

Anyone notice how when you approach sales counters the screen now slightly scrolls up. Nice touch (tested only in Mire mart)

The swimming from others and one's self can still be heard on PC.

The transitions looks great. The same should be to all the books, and signs with failry long text.

Not sure why, but I feel that when the text was slower it gave off an old-school vibe.

There's a massive pk mob (crashed my system) nearby castle... The pumpkin there has been jumping around the river for like 45 minutes. It finally died, but... it could maybe be placed a little better.

I glitched onto one of the rocks at the water and did like half of all the damage on it.
Then we came to find out that candy can't land on water so everyone on the land to the right got the candy rip

So this happens occasionally... Doesn't reset even if I zoom in or out, and also happens sometimes when I enter my gh or someone's house. I have to log off and on again to clear it when this happens

The 'Bone Fence' item from the halloween furniture grab bags (and previous) could use a touch up. They don't block movement similarly to other fences - you can't walk 'under' a small portion at the top like other similar items.

Could iPad controls have arrow calibration on the Y axis ? Because when I make the buttons larger the arrows go to far up with make it awkward for me to reach the arrows when holding the iPad if that makes sense

It's been mentioned before, but the rat king guy... Paul is his name...
He got some chests added to his cave during the map update. Now he's sitting on them. Maybe he could be moved over?

  • Mounts with the horseshoe upgrade now accelerate faster.
  • Bounties are now using a more reliable time tracking method. You should no longer get early expirations on login.

Can the bounties get something that indicates how long left on your daily timer? Like a little flashing box icon that appears above the castle... or just a different message when you go to get your mission?

"You must wait 6 more hours between bounties" or something?

It would also be sweet if we could use some items while doing a bounty. For instance, I'm doing the black blob mission and I can't use my lantern or my drasine... so I have a hard time seeing them and can't go to more than the one area to fight them, even though I know there are many more blobs out there requiring the drasine to reach. Additionally, there are cockroaches and black beetles crawling around and I can't stop to catch them! Annoying!

To get to other draisine-accessible areas for a bounty you can drop the bounty box off in your house, travel to the area, and then retrieve it from your house again.

Tried fighting black blobs for a bounty, the hit box is stupidly small and should be looked at being made bigger as my sword definitely collides with the blob but I don't deal any damage unless I'm really close.

Also once I got my crate, I was unable to change my weapons using the facebook client. If this is intended behaviour it should be explained.

  • There is a news post about the respawner, however I should note that it does favor guild-based respawning. Guilds members will always respawn to the same respawner if there is more than one, for team-based activities. Otherwise non-guild players will respawn to a random respawner.
  • Switch furniture can now be triggered by thrown items, such as bushes and vases.
