I was just sitting at a bench with a pokestop and my pokelure.
Bit later 2 guys pull up in a car and nicely said thanks to me so I was like no problem and smiled back.
This kind of stuff really helps if you have social anxiety

Someone set 2 lures on 2 pokestops right next to each other, sat down in the middle.
Caught around a lot of pokemon in half an hour.

5 pinsirs (each has around 400 cp)

1 Jigglypuff

There were around 25 of us teenagers sitting there and a 50 year old lady came and sat with us and thanked the person who owned the 2 lures, was very sweet of her.

Is there anything you can do to make more pokemon appear with an Incense? I tried one and only had 4-5 spawn over 30 minutes. Or is it meant to be like that

It's also based on nearby activity as well, apparently. Many complaints from people in rural areas and people who hike and such saying they can't find anything because of the low activity in the area.

Yeah, here we just have get togethers and drop lures in between 2 pokestops because it's been easier for us to catch a bunch as a group as opposed to wandering the town alone

There is going to be about 200-300 people around me tomorrow for movie filming so I'm hoping it's near pokestops and a decent amount of them play PokemonGo
