She was disconcerting due to poor internet / lag. That's her fault and her fault only, the admins can not do anything about it. Why would admins sub someone in that's just gonna lag or dc again , seems like an unnecessary waste , specially as its volentry work.
A easy fix , maybe ensure all your players have stable wifi connections before the gst , I mean you are give plenty of time to ensure this.
