I'm resigning from Stroseria. I'm not happy with the way my superiors (Johan, owner, and his brother, Entrok, who has a manager tag but doesn't manage anything) have been acting. They've done many things that I'm not happy with, including treat applicants and staff members very, very badly. There's no way that we can have a successful server like that, and I don't want to be a part of it anymore. Instead they threw obstacles at the staff team and refused to let other people do work because they were going to do it--only they never did. And I do feel like they've let the server down. Entrok promised he'd hold our weight and script everything for us, and he hasn't done any of that.

I wish good luck to the remaining members, though many of them are inactive (understandable) or completely fallen off the face of the earth. It's truly ****ing sad that all of the work that everybody put into the server should go to waste, so I do hope that it ends up released. I won't be fighting the owner to get it there anymore, however, but good luck to whoever they decide to put in my position...

You've been an awesome boss, the best I've had. And in mine, and others eyes, you were the Manager of Stroseria, the rock and glue holding it together. The server was taking shape and starting to look amazing, but as Matt said, the Higher Management was just was never up to scratch and I don't blame you for your decision, as I was going to make the same one until you encouraged me to keep going. Stroseria won't survive without you. I'm sure Managers are licking their lips right now and are queuing up to have you on their team and why wouldn't they be? You're an amazing developer and a great person altogether.

I know this won't be the end for us; I hope I can continue working with you, wherever that may be. You made developing fun on Stroseria and I will never forget the good times we've had together :).

Mattkan made his decision based on personal experience and after a long time of working on the server. Stroseria will continue to develop without him although he will be missed among many of the staff members including myself. However, don't give up your hopes on this server because of his decision. We have plenty of hard working, capable staff to continue his legacy and push forward in development. I'm sure he would want you guys to keep up your support even in his absence from Stroseria. We aren't done by a long shot, so stay tuned! :)

Matt is now back and is current working as the manager of Stroseria. Most of our team are glad to have him back, knowing that he had done a great job when we was the Developer Administrator.

He made it sound like he wanted the place to crash and burn and he was the only thing keeping the server afloat. I know how capable your developers are and I'm sure you'll do just as good a job, if not better, with the absence of MattKan.
