The ****ing drops in quality in Akame ga Kill is hilarious. This series just went to pure ****.

The Mother Rosario arc is really good compared to the rest of the series.

Someone please tell me why Steins;Gate is so overrated. It wasn't THAT good. Only asking because I saw the reviews were almost all 9s and 10s.

Excellent group of characters. Cool sci-fi time travel stuff mixed with a touchy-feely plot where the main character is in a lose-lose situation trying to get back the girl he loves, but no one even knows whats happening except him. And the whole "butterfly effect" proverbial message. Its just one of those memorable stories.

I think that is the case for some people. To be honest, I think the story isn't too unique, but maybe that's just me hating on time travel plots. Also, this is one of the animes I screwed myself over on by accidentally watching certain episodes in the wrong order which is not good for this kind of anime. My sister wants to see it so I'm going to rewatch it and give it another chance.

I started and watched a few episodes of the second season of Chuunibyou the other day. I had put it off this whole time because the front cover for it worried me. I actually enjoy it so far and seeing Killua Keeluah gave it an 8 gives me hope that it will be worth watching.

If we're talking about Love, Chuunibyo, & Other Delusions, the show is amaaaaaazing.

Reminds me to fix my anime ratings for the series for this year, since I tend to just rate right when it finished which usually makes me rate based on my enjoyment instead of critique. Which the second season wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special compared to the first season, and by that I mean barely any plot progression and just another SoL.

Also need to change my rating system after being introduced to a lot more anime I can now differ between the quality a lot better. Used to be 5 or less is really bad, 6 is bad, 7 is decent, 8 is good, 9 is great, and 10 is can't beat. Gotta spread it out more since I give tons of 7 8 and 9 ratings, especially to anime who don't deserve 8 or 9 ratings. So dropping a lot of ratings down to 6 and 7 and using 5 a bit more. 4 and below is just for the unspeakables.

did the new episode of sao still suck?

i wish SAO had doubled, or even tripled, the amount of episodes spent on being trapped Aincrad. GGO was a great twist, but now nothing seems serious or worth watching.
