Jormungand would.

Black Lagoon is just filled with untrained people, while most of Jormungand has some form of military training.

yep. Revy's Engrish takes the gold trophy. pretty cringe-worthy there in the last few episodes.

nonononono. I absolutely do not do dubs. even if its good, non-annoying voice acting, i cant stand it when its obvious the translation is way off and the words still dont hardly match the lips. I watched a few FMA:B dubbed because the website had random missing subbed episodes. It was endurable, but still obvious the translation was stretched horribly.
