yeah I got carried away with dithering since I was just learning it I used to only use the type of shading that tricxta used but yeah I realize now there's a time and place for dithering and "normal" shading

and yeah that's what I was thinking it looks a bit thin

here it its I widened the top a bit and added more of a wood detail to it

I don't like the shading on the top of the tower to much contrast between the shades.

all My GFX so far together

That groovy pattern really spoils it, you also need to define your edges better. I'd recommend using a light colour with a little dithering.

changed the computer table

table looks alot better, maybe use some aa on the cords so they don't look so jagged. sorry if they're meant to look like that, but it's just a tip

Yeah I see that too. The more detail you add to something the better and less plain it looks :) Thanks for the advice

Turkey I made early for thanksgiving what should I make next?

A new head I made using head113.png as a template.
(JPEG so no one can steal (if they wanted to))

Lol, you realise you can import as a jpeg, export as a gif, run it through gif2mng and you've got yourself an 8-bit png. If you don't want people stealing it just slap a big dirty water mark over it.

Pixel Ravenix 11-01-2012 10:10 PM

yeah well the way I see it if they REALLY want it that bad they can go ahead and do all that for it lol. Besides a watermark would distract from it's beauty :B
