It's alright. Your ideas have been heard to the public! Thank you for sharing. Perhaps you could give reasons as to why you feel it should be that amount of time/degree of discipline. Maybe then the public will understand your reasoning.

You must never have been jailed. Being jailed for 3 hours sucks. But being jailed for 12 hours? That's absurd.
