Uh...what the heck?
When I email staff or snk, I get a response 3/4 of the time and it's always helpful. But usually when I reply to the message, I don't get a response, even though I still needed help.
So I suggest you send an email to both [email protected] and the era staff email (which I seem to have forgotten, but it's somewhere, I'm sure these people know it) once. Then, maybe pm a player relations in game or something.
If that doesn't work, seek player advice.
If that fails as well...well, then, guess you gotta deal with it.

Unless you have proof you are so ill you will die in less than 21 hours, that is false.

Secondly, unless a employee of the school used ifile on graal on your idevice during class, there's no way the schools wifi would do something like that.

Third...it's school, why would you play a video game during school? Taxpayers dollars, for that schools electricity, that schools technology, and that schools wifi, being used by you to play graal.

I checked my pm's during class in high school and also used graalians.com lol. I am pretty sure everyone has and if they haven't they wished they could :p Sometimes class is just boring, going over review, or you are already aware of what you are studying. If you are passing classes, who cares what you do? Some people sleep in class, some people play games. It's not you so why worry

1) I have a picture to go with it, i'll upload it as soon as i can.

2) i know it's school and i sometimes play during lunch because there's nothing else to do since they hide the football now a days. I used to play during class because i knew the subject very well.

3) my highschool's internet wifi is very strict unlike others. I'm not sure if my school alters the game files but 3 of my friends had gotten onto graal era USING the school wifi and got jailed within 1 minute. I reviewed their iPads and had NOTHING that included hacking and such. I tried to go online to contact a PR USING the school wifi and got jailed for the same reason "altering graal files" of course i did rage quit because i had nothing to do with it. I emailed [email protected] and [email protected] yet i had no responses and has been over 3 days.

Obviously if you wasn't doing it (your schools wifi doesnt make you change files lol..) then you got caught in someone elses ban.
Since you can't really prove you WASN'T the one doing it, you'll just have to avoid use of your school's wifi.
Let's just assume it is a good thing and that you now have some free time to do some SCHOOL work :)

Couldn't you check his IP of when he got banned and see if another account got banned on that IP as well. That would pretty much prove it.

3 of my friends got jailed for 24 hours when they logged on era so i'm not sure what happened, so i tried talking to a PR and boom. There should be 3 people that have the same jailing reason, for 24 hours i'm sure of it.
