I really like this idea, maybe a room where players could upload their personal graphics (bypass staff) and other players could rate them.

I didn't read everything so I don't know if it this was mentioned before- but why not just implement this for a select amount of people only? (players who have been putting inappropriate stuff on their gang pictures wíll get this system, and people who are proven to be trustworthy by staff will not get it) This will only affect the small amount of players who would otherwise handicap the other, way larger amount of "good" players.

Apparently, the admins actually have lives, and are too busy basing than to actually do stuff. So, maybe there could be specific staff that can approve gang pictures. (similar to the way staff approve custom bodies/heads) There would also be a limit on how many times you can change your gang picture a day to prevent spam.

The point is this: most of the staff is to lazy to do anything but base and drag people. Hire some mature people, or dont give them tools to goof around with so they can actually do their work.

I don't like the free EC a month for owning a gang, but I like callimucs idea where we can draw our own gang picture

I don't think it is as big of a problem as people thought it would be. On Classic the pictures are approved within a few seconds of them being received. There isn't nearly as many uploads as I thought there would be either. It's essentially no change for the players, besides only being allowed to upload one picture every 30 minutes. Even if you're showing off your art, it's really not that long of a wait.

I personally don't like it because sometimes pictures don't work for my gang picture as well as others, so I just change it. With the 30 minute limit, I have to wait. I think the whole thing is rubbish. Not a lot of people post inappropriate content in their picture.

I think instead, there should be a warning system. On the gang page, there will be an inappropriate content button and a staff member will have to remove the picture if it is bad. This is a better system in my opinion.

If the uploads rate stays as low as it is I can't see a problem with reducing the time limits on it. The system is going to exist whether we like it or not.

i would like to see a drawing system with custom pallette to create our own GuildPictures so players could express themself on it.

Make it like classic and let it lie. Waiting 30 mins for something you barely look at is good enough. It's a gang logo pic, not a GFX display. Stop making special terms for those.

I use my guild pictures for like art, cool news, etc. ._.

I like what jester said, how you have a gang picture inventory.
I also like what classic does, having it reviewed and a cool-down time.
I don't like the Ec for the gang leader. People could abuse this, how, idk.
I like the in-game drawing of gang pictures, only there will be some immature people drawing inappropriate things, so maybe have a review system for this too.

Or, just simply remove the gang picture system, seeing as people are generally very stupid in the majority and minority. Anyway you go, there are still going to be immature people who find creative ways to be inappropriate. And I know, I know. This idea could create riots and stuff short term, but lasting effects could be a cleaner, more mature era for everyone.

We have Player Relations staff under 18.

You should add a report system or something, I dunno. Approving it might take a lot of time and people will get antsy.
