I was playing many games before graal, they always expect a release from apple between a week to a month, no exact date unless it's already granted to the owner to get released.

All he wanted to know what TIME is the application going to be released.
He was fully aware that it's already planned to release on Monday he just needed to know the specific time

Well, I guess it should be around 8am to 4pm grin-itch time, since European servers closes around this time. (not u/d servers, iTunes)

So it will probably come out at some point tomorrow, but nothing is for definite.

Well he said "hopefully" because there is always that 1% that the app won't release the day they expect it.
