Simple. Admins are bias. Thus they themselves and their friends can do whatever they want :D

Technically you're aren't supposed to upload images of real people. yes it's just your hand, but they don't really want people to push the limit i.e posting cleavage

the picture wasnt even focussed on my hand..u couldnt even see my fingers. they must have thought the dinosaur was something else :\

Some people have hand fetishes. You could be potentially arousing others with a picture of your hand if that bad boy got uploaded. It's not our fault the uploading admin deems your hands so attractive.

It's a blessing and a curse I guess. Keep your hands for good use.

k so i couldnt find the original so i just drew it again..i can assure u that the dino i drew before looks exactly like the one i drew now because i used the same tutorial video on youtube

edit:

i usually use felt-tip pens but i couldnt find one today so i just drew the dinosaur on paper since pens dont really work on my skin unless if i stab myself

Depends on the staff I'd say, even if I don't see any reason why not to upload it.. may be you should add the option for staff to decide whether your time of waiting for another try to upload should be the same amount or not, sice those pictures aren't violating any rules.. yet he has to wait I think.. 6 hours now?
