Lol @ people complaining about laggers/delayers, you people are idiots, it's just as hard for us to hit you as it is for you to hit us, it's actually harder because we have to actually predict your movements.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha no.

This.

Lag works both ways and people don't seem to realize this. Everyone is ignorant as hell.

Hahaha, yes.

Lol no. Why do you think during gs the lagger on the team is ALWAYS the last one standing? They're extremely hard to hit and can survive easily because there delay allows them to go right through direct hits. How often do you see a delayer who doesn't have a ridiculously high spar? Pretty rare.

Its quite obvious that my previous post completely wooshed right by you. Like me and Vatec said earlier, it affects both sides. The people facing the delayer have an extremely hard time hitting them, but so does the person with the delay. Often times, hits take a while to register.

Secondly, there are tons of people who have have bad delay with terrible records. Just look at all of the noobs who have terrible lag and don't know what they're doing.

Lag is only a problem in spars when it is unpredictable and hard to adjust to. If you're a good sparrer, you'll learn to effectively adjust to the delay, and win. Someone who is bad, and inexperienced will just cry about it and make up excuses to keep their ego intact.

No i'm stating a fact not crying. I see it from pkers too, even when you do manage a hit they get a much longer invincibility period after hitting them then someone who doesn't delay. I don't understand how you can honestly say delayers have the same problem sparring normal players. I can name a pretty big list of players who's pks and spar ratios would be crap if they didn't delay. Like I said, go to swamp gs and observe. From time to time a team will have an awful delayer and that person will always be the last one standing.

Idiot, how the **** do we have a higher invincibility period? That's the most stupid thing I've heard, now someone with 600ms who is warping around I agree that's impossible to hit them, but anyone who has 300ms or less doesn't warp, and has a steady movement just a bit behind. It's actually HARDER for us to spar/PK due to the fact that we have to predict their movements NO MATTER WHAT, unlike you people who only have to predict when you spar someone like me. You don't see us complaining, we actually learn how to predict ones move and apply that strategy in spars, which is much harder then what you can do.

Also, there is nothing we can do about our lag, I myself live in Australia which is a long way away from the servers in the USA, giving everyone from Australia around 200-300ms of lag, why? Because the speed of light isn't instant, data traveling through a cable can only go so fast, and like I said USA is a long way way. This also happens to people in Europe, they have 120-200ms (a lot better than me) and most of them have a faster download/upload speed than the USA.

As I've said many times before, lag works both ways, and if you are going to complain either harden the **** up or learn a new strategy, because you can't say laggers/delayed have a higher advantage.

Delay=Walk through hits. This doesn't work both ways, and the stupdiest thing ever heard, I agree has been stated in this thread when you said, "It's actually HARDER for us to spar/pk". I'm not complaining, I understand people can't help it usually, just stating a fact.

Thallen 02-27-2013 11:35 PM

Blah blah blah, another thread where never-been-gud sparrers come out of the woodwork to complain and make excuses.

This will turn out to be nothing but a popularity contest probably, but I voted for Comyt because I think he's better than anyone on the list. Kevin91 is also very good.

You are stupid, you know nothing. When we spar YOU are the one walking through our hits, I'm not ever going to argue with you anymore, you are one sided and biased.

Goten is right. Delayers don't have a disadvantage. Delayers can hit you straight on, while you can't hit them. It would be laggers that are having the disadvantage, because they can get hit 2-5 seconds later. Obviously none of you PCs have played enough on the iDevice server to see the difference between lag & delay. Ask the top iDevice sparrer to vs a lagger. Then have him/her spar a delayer. Maybe he/she can tell us who is right or wrong. Also, stop calling other people ******ed when they don't have a mental disorder. Just because you don't have the same opinion as them, doesn't mean that they are ******ed.

GotenGraal 02-28-2013 02:13 AM

1. Thallen, you don't set the standards for who's good and who's bad.

2. Vatec, you're the idiot trying to argue a proven fact.
