Is this like a stepping stone to staff status?
Will members of this team have a higher chance of becoming server staff than other non-Avant-Garde members?

zone doesn't have the player count to even support this squad fully. There will be a decline in planet taking which will just lead to boredom in general as it becomes the same 60 people doing pk stuff while the other 20 are trying to become staff. But yknow, might as well light the ship on fire as it's sinking.

Not to mention that the staff will now be focused on running this squad and taking/assigning assignments which will cut into the work they produce in the long run. This is more of a "I don't wanna do this, let's give it to the players to do" sort of thing in my eyes. Okay, that's enough from me, bad jester bad.
