At this point in time, I think we have an adequate amount of Player Services staff. Why are you complaining when it only ends up in more support for you guys? I am going to review all GPs and ETs periodically. Personally, I know TD doesn't care too much on popularity and more on skill. If he didn't, he wouldn't be in his post of GPA. I rather not have these threads attacking the way we do this because it takes time away from our work time which threads like this only attract flaming comments. If you have a specific problem about a GP/ET's Training/actions please send an email to [email protected] addressed to a department leader. If you have any valid complaints that involves a department leader, you can email me ([email protected]), Tashkin([email protected]), or Matt ([email protected]) and we will deal with it.

At this point in time, I do request the thread to be locked by a moderator who comes across it. This thread is going to deterate into a flame war. Jester, you know how to contact me if you have something to say about the staff. I am open to a discussion that doesn't have the potential to turn into a flame war.
