Probably car missions are the best. Only dangers are:
People purposely crashing into you and making you get out or die.

Mining is capped to level 10(on era iphone) because of that reason though....

That sucks, they need to improve mining do that it is a profitable as the other ways. They should increase cap and make leveling a little faster.
