I havent seen you once in my 600 hours of playing.... and btw i just googled th defition of feedback and thats the exact same defition that u used. Winner depends on skill, accuracy and luck also being able to lead the player into corners with your bullets helps. Metallic is fine how it was from very start.
Also seasonal weapons are going to be more money as they become rare until that seasonal event comes around again. I'd hate if they made it more Pay2win by nerfing cheap guns just because players can kill with it.

Remember the old days when zone had the guns in perfect balance? The metallic shot bullets as fast as the bullets went(so spam walls couldn't be made). Well when they slowed the metallic and all other guns down, the metallic became OP. it was the best when zone started, also rotaruc, - reputation, you don't know they said that zone was going to be like era way back then.

I have the stance that the decision to slow down the Metallic Rifle's rate of fire was a good one that should have stayed. In regard to your thread though, Flara: your third option is confusing. Currently all projectiles on iZone travel at the same speed. I think you may have worded that incorrectly. Did you mean, revert it back to a slower rate of fire, or make it semi-automatic(meaning that you have to repeatedly tap the fire button, instead of holding it down)?

And in regard to the suggestions that she use the in-game 'feedback' option, I believe her goal was to make public discussion on the matter, in hopes that like-minded individuals would comment in favor of her argument in order to add more support. Additionally, the 'feedback' option usually doesn't result in a reply from staff in matters like this. Generally speaking, if it's an inquiry that has already been addressed, it is brushed off, and assumed that the plaintiff will find resources such as these forums to get the answer. In this situation, the inquiry has not only been addressed, but it's also been changed and reverted back because of popular vote.

Forums have a sometimes brutal way of answering such inquiries, as showcased in this thread. But I have to say, it was mighty bold of you to bring this recently debated hot-button issue back to the table. The people on these forums have already protested the change with enough force to revert it. While I stand with you on the matter of having a slower Metallic Rifle, one must also understand that Graal is a a culture where majority rules, in care of player count preservation.

Yes, just like the egg launcher, and I remember someone saying "screw Tashkin, Meph should be manager" It was funk or some other player, but I'd have to agree with whoever said that.

IF Metallic gets nerfed just because players can kill with it I'm leaving zone. Its fine how is was originally, if its made like egg shooter noone would even use.

I believe this was touched on in the other metallic rifle thread. Always bear in mind that with guns, it its most simplistic view (unfortunately the most common view in gun stats) there is no where to go but up. In other words, the more guns that get released, the more powerful they become. Nerfs such as this are the checks and balances that avoid, or at least delay, the slippery slope that eventually turns a fair PK system into a spray fest, bereft of the very "challenge" you strive for. Take a step back and look not at the cost of the weapon, but its long-term impact on the weapons system. There is a clear distinction between a challenge and a game full of overpowered guns. Not to say that the Metallic Rifle was terribly overpowered, but to establish high base stats for a low-tier weapon is the first step toward a game where the gun wins the fight, not the player. I have seen firsthand a guns system(and respectively a PK system) slowly decay over a span of 8 years, and that was in a non-monetary economy; when you throw real money into the mix it further threatens the stability of a fair weapons system. I stand behind any measure taken to re-enforce fair play. I do not understand why a player with any respect for the game would endorse compromising its fairness. It is a certain naivety that drives the creation of pro-buff and anti-nerf threads.

I do, however, agree that if a gun is determined to be too powerful, that the players should have the option to get a partial refund. Balancing should be considered prior to calling any shots to altering(and better yet, creating) a paid product. It isn't the customer's fault the cook put onions on their burger.

Metallic is fine. Don't change it.
