You're missing the point here. The picture i took is the Archery range. It's a target shooting mini-game that requires a 500 gralat pass card to play the game. People actually buy the Archery pass and it's initial launch was crowded so don't be surprised if you see a 500 or 1000 gralat pass card to enter the carnival (if the idea is put into consideration by the staff).

Besides, 1000 gralats isn't really a lot of gralats. You can get 2500 gralats for a single dollar.
