The cooldown assumes you will be moving around trick or treating. While it visually updates to let you know, it only clears your flags and such when you enter.

Oh, so if we have a problem redoing an NPC we just need to re-enter the level?

Ya, and if that fails just try reconnecting. There is no "handler" that updates the flags for your timers since it's serverside, so it just does it when you enter the level or the NPC loads.

Anyone else know any good npcs to trick or treat? Besides the council and the one near the golden gate.

5-hour wait between redoing the same NPCs is breaking my balls so hard :(

Takes way too long to talk to another person... I hate it... I've got a limited time to be on and it's just not helping at all!

PLEASE make the wait shorter or leave it up for a couple days so we can use our candies..!

I had 35 candy, 2 treats and 5 ticks..

Alternatively, the cooldown could STILL let you talk to new ppl who want candy instead of ... well...

When does this end? Should I save the candies for tomorrow? Or waste them on random npcs with high possibilities of tricks.

Nothing changes so theres no point in not using your candies

I have a higher possibility to get a treat from bernart on onnet town,elders house, and the guys near the golden gate. But I have to wait for tomorrow for it to be able to do it and I only have 5 more tries.
