I don't know if it has changed, but generally you won't receive a response unless it is accepted.

This might be true for ban appeals (though I wouldn't suggest it) but it wouldn't help for this kind of thing. All submissions go into their own folder so it's not as though they are not seen.

some of them were fired... for good reasons that i know of, others just got a life. and yeah lertcon is back : D
