This isn't a first world problem, this can be a problem for any kid around the world, and it usually is. Nothing about it makes it "first world", don't be a smartass.

Have you taken into consideration the fact that some people want to avoid these types of things at all costs? "Problems" are absolutely subjective depending on what people do and don't value, and this can very well be a problem for people in third-world countries if it means having to stop associating with friends due to things like this. I agree this is by no means a "life crisis", but to say it's exclusive to first-world kids is ignorant.
