Stefan and Unixmad may own and run the game, but they are not the managers of the servers. So can you tell me why the managers of the servers come on here any reply and talk to players.

On your pokemon forum example, people can post suggestions on how they want to change the game but no Nintendo employee will communicate with them and integrate that into the game. However, if you post a suggestion or comment on here, staff from the actual server might actually respond to you and talk with you about the game. So is it official? No. But it's more than a fan site because most fan sites don't involve interaction with a lot of people who actually work on the game.

Actually Stephan and Unixmad run every server, period. They are higher than the manager position, which in case you forgot, is a replaceable position. The only difference between the staff here and the staff at Nintendo is that Graal staff are replaced all the time, and all staff come from players. So therefor that makes Staff themselves Fans. So yes, this is a fan forum.

A fan forum that pruduces in-game content, fixes and changes. The thing is this forums needs its own forum type name.

Theres many things mentioned in the delteria section that got fixed because of graalians.

Same with Era, theres staff in both sections that use this forum. But the actual server supports their own rather than this one.

It's called feedback, and there are plenty of instances where games make changes due to their players making complaints on the internet via official means or not.

i seriously have no clue how many times you were hit on the head as a baby, but that statement is completely false. Take BF4 reddit community. That place is not offical at all and is a fan site. There are staff from DICE that are on there and do listen and sometimes they do implement ideas from the reddit community.

@Jester: Stefan (not Stephan, who the **** is this?) and unixmad aren't able to check their machines everyday, these are located in USA while these two guys live in France. They mostly like rent machines or pay someone to check them everyday, I don't know though.
