the fact that he willingly transferred the guild is going to keep you guys from getting the hours back unless Xor makes an exception like never before
guilds like Total Inception and Munchies were also stolen this way, it's just that the hours weren't reset

pretty sure your only shot at getting the guild back with its hours is if Diablo is able to come up with an excuse to claim that the hours were reset by an admin through some misunderstanding or by complete mistake, and then he willingly hands you the guild back

When a similar situation happened to me, Albus was able to completely return my guild to myself in a short 24 hours. I believe they have logs off of this kind of stuff, and it is usually obvious to many people when an fake guild pops out of nowhere with that many hours. Keep your guild members together and make sure you know you have a staff member ( a higher up ) investigating. Provide guild pictures of stats or other things just as some additional evidence. You should be taken care of properly as situations like this are not too common and they do a devastating amount of damage to the original guild and all its members. When this happened to me, staff took it very seriously and professionally

The hours WERE reset by an admin, he didn't disband the guild or anything

IDK why he'd do that, kind of ruins the whole point of stealing a guild in the first place, guessing he just did not like someone in that guild and he wanted to steal it and ensure that even if it was given back that the hours would be lost, pretty dumb
