I have all the bugs except two in my guild house (main outside room).
Green Hairstreak butterfly I have never seen in the wild... and spiders don't behave themselves in guild houses so much...

First of all; LwMark: The devs are actually pretty active on these forums so don't complain. :P

Second; The price so pillbugs has been known for a long time. (Check the bug catching thread in faqs and guides). But no one is ever going to sell one. Even at 5k you'd be a fool to sell it. Now, regarding pillbugs, I know their extremely rare spawn patterns, but it's been rumoured that they're no longer in the game. The only way we can know this for sure is if a dev (Dusty..) tells us they are, or if someone has seen/caught one in the last few months.

Thirdly; I don't have a third point to make.

Black beetles are strictly in CAVES. They may be affected by seasons, I don't know. Like I said before, pillbugs can pass through levels. So your chances of finding them are really slim.

What if i caught a pill bug and put it in my house..

Pill bugs are found year round and in any location (as far as i recall) however they are dauntingly rare. Spiders only appear in october inside the onnet forest and i don't know what's the deal with black beetles, sorry.

Black beetles appear only inside rail caves but I'm afraid they are done for the season.

The witch should stop buying black beetles but that would be unrealistic.

Maybe we could get an update about the seasonal changes in the library in swamp town?
