They could also add a shop that adds 1 old hat every once a week, and if you miss it, then thats that.

i say make it apart of the VIP subscription. An old hat will be published into that vip place for around 7k. In the end u will pay 140k for a mount/morph and a hat.

I support this 100%, but the price is a little high. Why not have an event where the admins hide over 1,000 chests all over graal, and they put old (not gst or tower) hats in them and everyone has a shot at winning an old or rare hat.

I'm a have to disagree with you. Most of them are descent posters. No one really stands out as douchy or spammers. You might feel that way because you don't know them in-game.
