That's not anywhere near what anyone was saying.

It was implied.

Downloading Graal actually benefitted me in real life, and had I not downloaded it I don't think my real life would be as good as it is now.

I'm not friends with that many people posting here but the ones who know me know I am a very straight forward guy with a very weird personality so as a kid friends were always out of the question. I also had low confidence due to being born with a severe case of pectus excavatum(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pectus_excavatum) and having lost my two front teeth in a hotel accident(17, still not fixed; one tooth has grown in the middle on an angle looking pretty unappealing).

So when I discovered Graal it was a chance for me to fit in for once and not have to worry about getting judged or anything, but after I met all these people and becoming good friends we all became more open about our selves and that's when I realized I wasn't all too bad and they had even thought my chest condition was really cool (I always hid it to the best of my ability in real life) but these people were a huge confidence boost for me which started making it easier for me to interact in real life now I have both a healthy life online and offline from it.

On a side note, I have a German friend who only knows how to speak English because of Graal and that's pretty cool.

I've met many people irl and just online because of graal so i'd have a few less friends without it, and through typing on forums and in game quite a lot my spelling and punctuation has improved so yeah that's a plus.

I'd have a few hundred extra dollars on my hands...

and I'd be single, so maybe more like a thousand.

So many people saying they'd be in a better place, lol I'm pretty sure you'd still live in your house, it's not like Graal prevented you from winning the lottery or something.

Man I really hate you, nobody came even remotely close to what you just said.

And honestly, I would've done waay better with my grades in highschool then I did. Maybe I'd even be in a better college who knows.

When I started playing Graal into 2009 I was a boy who was insecure and bullied every day. I was not happy with myself had no self-respect and thought little of who I was. I then found this game and used it to my advantage. I found that people excepted me for who I really was and that I didn't have to fake being someone else. It showed me that the world, the Internet was full of real people with issues like mine, some worse. I made friends, not knowing what they look like or where they came from only knowing their personality. And it was enough. Why would you need to know what someone looks like to judge them? Why would you need to know anything but who they really were? Graal did teach me something: a great life lesson. I gained more respect for myself and for others. I never would've guessed looking glass screen for over 1000 hours would've brought me from being bullied to being accepted and friendly with everyone. And it made all the difference.

Everyone in Graal seems to be self-conscious. Kinda weird.

Without Graal:
-I'd be more physically fit (and thus more physically attractive)
-I'd have a better self-image (connected to the above)
-I'd have less friends online, but more than likely more in reality
-I'd have a different opinion of human nature (currently believe all people are inherently evil)
-I'd be making more money via an old mobile app reviewing blog I ran for a few years until I was twelve
-I'd be single (and thus less worried about my significant other and my future with her, this including her safety, happiness, etc.)
-I'd be less stressed and worried in general, depression wouldn't be as prevalent (and thus more psychologically attractive)

Damn, it's not Graal causing your problems. It's you. Own up to it and don't pin it on a game lol.

Hadzz 01-05-2015 12:43 PM

Impossible to tell for me because I can barely tell how I am the person I am now but i wouldn't prefer one more than the other life choice.
