lol a gst thread would be nothing without me so i'm just gonna vent random feelings.
i can't post a prediction on a winner of either tournament because i'm going to be honest, i don't know any spar guilds anymore. and this isn't even because of inactivity, if i go into the battle arena and watch people run in and out of rooms all day long, i would still have no idea. i've said this before and it was true but people argued, and i'll say it again now. sparring is dead. i don't understand how anyone can argue with this right now. look around you. back in the day, we used to have a lot of people sparring and i could walk around destroying a variety of different players, recognizing their names and their guilds then bragging to show my dominance over their guild. now, if i go around sparring all day long, what do i see? no big name guilds. just a few average sparrers beating up the insane amount of complete noobs with awful negative ratios that now roam the battle arena. and occasionally i see a person with a decent spar record, but not even they are a good sparrer within a good guild. they are simply an average sparrer who made a noob account and selective sparred to a ridiculous 1k-100 record against the insane amount of negative ratios running around. big name sparrers are gone. big name guilds are gone. we used to have a lot of teams competing with each other and these gst prediction threads would be filled with different guild names. now, what guild name are you even supposed to type in? (VIS), (Alumni), uhh... help me out here, i really don't see anything else.

yeah it's dead, time for more alumni domination. all the past and previous teams been teared apart maybe cause they aren't winning or different cases like US won too much and retired. Some of them are forming a new one. Like I see Koga fams doing something. We can possible expect to see more last minute formed GST on winter.
Also I agreed with spar ratio problem. i aint gonna lie, but i did it too, i didn't know how easy that was. i met some boosters, they ran away after 1st match. 75% just exits right after 1st spar of facing me. Only few of them stayed and at the end only 3 people found a way to beat me after 3rd match.

^ i suggested an idea on the different thread, this will kinda prevent some boosters cause u have no idea who ur next opponents gonna be, but this idea might also kill spar, because people are so used to know who they are facing next and so on.
sadly, I dont see any admin favoring this thread at all.
If there's a wish, I hope to see Central/South American sparrers forming a good GST.
Many of them are using PC and I gotta say they have delay, but it's also challenging and definitely beatable if you use ur brain, which is kinda fun for me. they have some lag/warp -> slows them down a little too(gives a time to hit ahead). so i'd say its kinda fair match.
WAR, idk havent talked to prime in awhile, but i hope he wins a title for himself.
