I'm not sure how Classic works but in Delteria rarely was it required to actively skype over voice chat, it's just a good way for text communication and chances are they are too busy to skype anyways.

Although, not to be rude or anything but I don't think they would ever accept your application mainly based on your writing skills and style. Lots of people apply and very few get in and you don't really come off as somebody who could successfully manage a policing position.

It isn't really that fun anyways.

I think for GP they will interview you over voice chat, and if you're squeaky or English isn't your first language I doubt you're the first lol

I think I would be good at the police position because:
I have had a long history with leading and Im always one who stands for justice, whenever some bad player is harrassing my friends I do my best to stop them from repeating it again

I don't think ill have my pms on i dont think i will take questions often or host events but concentrate on keeping graal safe , I know all the Bad parts of graal like the bar under the bridge.
I want this game to be fun and clean and i simply want the position because I like helping graal and I want things to change and complaining will not help us

Pretty sure a GP has to have their PM's on, again, not trying to be rude but if you really want to get this position you will need way more than just "I want this game to be fun and clean and i simply want the position because I like helping graal" they receive numerous applications exactly like that. If you really want it you have to find a way to stick out, also being a staff member means you should represent your self professionally both off and on game especially when it is on a forum page dedicated to the game its self.

We're talking about Graal management here, they could care less about your fantasies and they are way more picky than I am when it comes to this stuff - the sad truth is you aren't going to get hired and I am going to stop replying now because that's never going to change.
