Currently, the bug capturing system does a check for one point in front of the player to catch. The bug isn't always there, so you have to move around a lot to make sure you're exactly in the correct spot. I want to improve this by making it a 5-point check. It will do a check in 5 points, like this:

The red points would be where it triggers to catch the bug.

These two ideas are amazing! I seriously would love to see these ASAP because it's such a great addition.
Let's move away from the bug area a bit. Since we have scorpions and they're obviously not bugs then should this be called something else? I think it would be great to add in smaller animals such as rats, frogs, (already have scorpions), or even small birds.
That way we could introduce even more traps than we can think of (bird traps for example.)

Maybe we can merge the animals with the bugs and make it just a capturing skill? Is there a better name for this?
For animals that are too strong you have to get their HP low to capture them, like in pokemon :D??!?!

When you reprogram bugs make them unable to go through walls that players cant go through...

Of course. At least, they won't be able to land on houses. I think it would be cool to have bugs, or birds even, that fly over buildings but will land somewhere accessible.

In addition, you could add the spawn area for example certain insects ( scorpions in the desert and spiders in the forest or dark place and etc.)

Yep. Certain creatures will spawn in grassy areas, some near trees, near water, deep grass, etc. Some will be just deserts, near cliffs, etc.
