I have met at least one person on this game who, as an 11 year old, was just as mature as those who are 18+. It's rare but it happens. (Heh, and then there's the 18+ who act like 11 year olds.)

Here's my two cents.

I voted no, mainly because I feel maturity is what matters. Some older people act really immature, while some younger players are extremely mature and know what they're doing.

The age requirement should be 17+ and they should change the application for the staff because it's too broad and you can't stand out (being unique). Someone who wants to be part of the staff should have maturity, adversity, and proficient in technology/in-game experience.

18 this year but regardless that still wouldn't be considered bias as I don't care about being a GP or not so it doesn't affect me I was providing a rough age guess based on factors I stated earlier.

I had a friend like this named Burdy, GOAT probably knows him (HK). Even if people lie eventually it'll catch up with them it's easy to see who is pretending and who isn't.

Best I could think of would be to change the application questions or make some of them more in-depth, either way the trial period usually sorts out the bad apples (not sure if Classic uses the trial system but Delteria did - if they don't then we'll just consider the first few weeks to be that period)

It's not about maturity it's about being able to make rational decisions. Analyzing situations without involving emotions. An 11 year old is not capable of doing this. I studied child development, trust me.

Doesn't care how old an admin is, Graal isn't that stupid, they wont take idiots as admins, I only think that most admins got to less experience, everytime I ask 2 diffrent admins something like: Is Spawn PKing allowed, they always say something diffrent lol.
