It obviously isn't working then because it's taking them 6 hours to read a 5 paragraph ticket explaining that I have no idea why I was banned in general and why they didn't unlink our accounts like I asked.

FYI volunteers are in charge of the support tickets. My opinion is that they will only lift if it's excessive and the evidence is there to back it up or in this case if they recognize your name. As silly as it sounds, "having a name" in graal can help sometimes.

I recently found out that you'll get a ban for your previous bans even though you didnt do anything but also, I dont think you sparring on her acc would give you a "innapropriate behaviour" reason or anything so ye.

You're lucky you only got 6 days though, I got 6 months m8.
And Im alsooo pretty sure someone checks the Support tickets but yeaaa.

Dont worry.
I got banned for Scamming and I was doing the exact opposite. For the past week I was helping people on crab chance.

The support site is not manned by a bot (at least ieras isn't)
On iera at least we have a policy to include the name of the staff member responding to you on the ticket so you know exactly who you're talking to.
This helps professionalism in our responses as well as making sure we deal with the issue properly (oversight)
Having said that, we usually do give default answers because the tickets are mostly the same "i got hacked" complaints that come from people sharing accounts to begin with and nothing we can help with (trade scamming complaints)

Toonslab support is honest to god the worst support on earth. I wouldn't be surprised if some angry kid bombed their main office in anger.

was that because your ban appeal was denied? Either way, I honestly don't put my name when anwsering a support ticket. It isn't about professionalism its more or less from being targeted from not answering the ticket the way that player expected. I don't answer iClassic Supports or even have access to there support section. However, it has been against the graal online rules since day one regarding account sharing. Its obvious, and was the main cause of account scamming.

MD is right, account sharing is banned on all iServers across the board. Some people on Era seem to have trouble grasping this idea.

Questions of professionalism aside now people know that if a PWA ticket is not signed it's likely that it was you who responded (unless of course the whole team doesn't sign tickets >.>)

I legitimately got told that if I tried to make my license plate "Bizzle" again they would "penalise" my account and gang crew (Bizzle was flagged as "profane" in their system). It wasn't a bot that told me that either, it was a real guy.

Graal will never be the best or the worst, as an independent game. However, we should always strive for improvement together and look towards the future as a team.

You think that's bad? Nexon is a giant publisher and it took them 2 years to answer my tickets.

I've sent 3 tickets to classic in regards to my account, 1 to era in regards to a false ban, 1 to zone, and all of them have been handled appropriately. I can say for sure that people check those because I used to be one of the people checking them for zone. If you get that c/p'd answer its because your ban is appropriately in place.

Its so painfully obvious when people on here are lying about their bans being false. No staff member is ever going to ban you because they feel like it or they don't like you. Because for one they aren't going to waste their time going through the procedure of banning you, and two, there are higher up staff that monitor their activity.

Paypal takes the cake for worst customer support, they have no problem closing your account, taking your money, and ignoring you.

Yeah, I know man.
Staff members totally don't abuse their powers for personal reasons or personal gain, we can ask Soren.
No no no none of that stuff ever happens.
And every single false and personal ban is found out by the higher up admins monitoring them, of course.
