It is relevant. As one of my main accounts needs an email transfer as well. But everytime I tried I recieved a very similar message. How can I have access to the previous email when it states in the explaination I don't have access?
I don't even understand how you managed to get it transfered assuming you also didn't have access to the previous email. |

Toonslab is okay-ish. They probably declined yours @ Bryan because you didn't use the same email as your Graal account to ask for the email change(idk) due to the amount of accounts being stolen since identification has been released.
