I manage an IT support helpdesk for employees in my workplace, and my biggest pet hate is when people don't give an adequate level of information. There's no such thing as a crystal ball and yet it feels like people assume that you've gone one and give it a good ol' rub to find the answers you're looking for. That's not how it works huntys.

tl;dr Give as much information as possible or I'll rip your limbs off.

It is relevant. As one of my main accounts needs an email transfer as well. But everytime I tried I recieved a very similar message. How can I have access to the previous email when it states in the explaination I don't have access?

I don't even understand how you managed to get it transfered assuming you also didn't have access to the previous email.

I sent the ticket through a new email.

i used toonslab for the first time like a week ago and it worked perfectly fine for me lol. idk why it's so infamous, better than using emails like before, ew.

I think the problem is people not understanding why they were banned and so they assume staff are lazy and hate them.

It really depends on who is dealing with your ticket.You don't get the desired results 80% of the time and by 'desired results' i mean an answer.

Toonslab is okay-ish. They probably declined yours @ Bryan because you didn't use the same email as your Graal account to ask for the email change(idk) due to the amount of accounts being stolen since identification has been released.
